Exhibits Profile:

Screen Printing - inks,fabric mesh,squeegee,stencil making material and equipment,screen printing and pad printing equipment, label printing machine.
Digital Printing - digital ink-jet machine,flat-bed digital printing machine,large-format digital printing machine,laser plotter, digital printing ink and consumable material.
Textile Printing - textile printing machine, digital textile printing machine,flocking machine,hot stamping machine, printing paste,fabrics, pigments,metalic powder.
Auxiliary Materials - cleaning machine,test instrument,foil laminating machine,after-printing processing equipment.

1. The exhibitor should fill out application form on www.csgiashow.org. After the confirmation from the show organizer, 50% of the total booth rental fee should be paid. The balance should be transferred by Oct. 15, 2012.
2. The organizer reserves the right to cancel any reservation not paid on the due time, to lease the space so reserved to another exhibitor.
3. In the event that an exhibitor cancels his reservation, the organizer may charge the cancellation fee as the follows: 30% of the total exhibit fee if cancellation notice is received on or prior to March 31, 2012; 50% of the total exhibit fee if cancellation notice is received March 31 through May 31, 2012; 75% of the total exhibit fee for cancellation received June 1 through July 31, 2012; and all amounts paid by such exhibitors for the cancellation after Aug.1, 2012.
4. The exhibitor should make sure their products not to infringe on other company's technology. If infringement on the patent is true, the such exhibits will be prohibited, the organizer reserves the right to give legal liabilities.
5. The deadline for the application is Aug.30, 2012.
6. In case the show is canceled due to force majeure accidents, the show organizer shall not undertake any other liabilities of compensation except refunding all the payment made(without any interest).

Participation Fees

Option 1 ---- Space Only: RMB1100yuan per sqm
The lease fee includes booth personnel badges for entrance during the show, free listing in the Exhibition Directory.
Option 2 ---- Shell Scheme: RMB1200yuan per sqm
The least area is 3m x 3m including one fascia board, two folding chairs, one information desk, two 60W spotlights, one 5A power socket, three sided wall panels, one waste paper basket as well as all free services listed in Option 1.
